Don't be deceived. Nigeria has enough money to offer free education to any level if the political will is there. Quality is not only obtained by hiking the school fees.

government increase school fees for their schools ... government give money to kids to pay that government school fees...so the money goes back straight to government...but with profit as the kids will still have to pay the government after the government have paid itself for providing that education...sweet business
