a couple months ago my husband and I did most of his front end suspension. control arms, ball joints, struts, tie rod ends. it was an epic pain in the ass, but worth saving the labor costs! (we diy most everything on our cars, his suspension is as safe as if a shop did it.)

The tires are not accomplces like the customer was in insinuating. Tires are AFFECTED. They are VICTIMS of bad shocks and struts. Often times the first VICTIMS of bad shocks (capitalizing again to highlight the gravity of the event)

my shocks were worn, and my struts were broken, that was a fun bill, but my car rides smoother now

I had a family freind work on my car. he only replaced the front shocks when he did work, not the rear. Now I have to replace those too 😭

my car was bouncy. struts were fucked. they're fuckin expensive to replace .. you know what's more expensive? a funeral. Trust me, I've been involved in the cost of both.
