Naturally, Mommy celebrated this important occasion by announcing that we had errands. Our first stop was Fork Union Pharmacy. I agreed to attend under one condition: If I see Christmas decorations, I am going home. Mommy explained that we are already away from home, and therefore going home would require her participation. Details. I have recently learned that Fork Union Pharmacy is known not only for being our little local pharmacy, but also for having a rather impressive selection of seasonal things. Excellent. I enjoy seasonal things. The current season is Halloween. I feel this distinction is important. So I arrived appropriately dressed and prepared to conduct an inspection. Pumpkins? Approved. Bats?
