@mellsbellls: Merch Line #customerservice #skit

Crafting by Artemis :

The longest I have waited in a merch line was 20 mins 😂 guess I just go to good events

Tatyana💗 :

five minutes in a merch line at a concert?? 😭😭

AJ or Angel :

I waited 2 hours for top and panic merch in 2017 maam I think you are a okay waiting. even got to see the band, top, closer cause they came to surprise sign some stuff! for the merch area

AriTheAssassin :

I’m dating an artist, and friends with soooo many 😂 I never get a discount and give a bigger tip and buy extras 😂😂 and also sometimes have to help load and unload drums

Janelle 🇦🇺🇬🇧 :

As a touring merch manager for bands, the amount of people who genuinely ask for discounts is wild! Or yell at me when something sells out cos they wait till the end of the night

Harriette Owen :

I cannot imagine people actually acting like this

Chronically Jill 🇨🇦 :

my chemical romance. Seattle. the opening show for the recent tour. couldn't get merch because the lines were at LEAST an hour long at every stand until they sold out. it sucked but thats how it goes sometimes.

sav :

seeing this after aftershock is perfect timing

Lexi Pooh ☺️ :

As a K-Pop fan (and someone who just recently went to BTS in August) I was in line for 3-4 hours both days for merch 🤣 nothing quick about that

klshanley :

Why do people feel they are the only person in line? 🙄

TeayraLache :

Also this is why I get shirts outside after the concert 🤣🤣🤣

cato :

Can’t believe you didn’t even offer her water! 😂

tahliaelysee :

I waited 10 minutes for alex Warren merch, 2 hours outside in 30 degree weather for Taylor merch, 30 minutes for Olivia merch, 15 minutes for Freya Skye…. It lwky depends who it is lolll

Nicole 🦊 :

yes i always like to get merch at concerts, but if you're unable to they usually end of selling the same merch online at the bands merch store.

🌻Your Thighness🌻 :

Or just post a video ..

ogroar :

I’ve witnessed a similar reaction expectation for fan apparel. Their protest 🪧 of why aren’t they handing out mini water bottles (it was fall. ☠️) and in near adult tantrum volume. The next concession was a beverage and mini beer garden area. Those customers had enough even from overhearing with exclamations of ‘oh shut up you adult toddler…enough, you idiot…’ It was a glorious citizen moment.

TeayraLache :

Dang, maybe I should’ve tried this for the Doja Cat concert 🙄🤣🤣

Sam ⊬ :

If you want merch, you’re going to wait…

Rohnnie!!! :

$uicideboy$ Merch Line At Darien Center in Buffalo NY was from the main entrance alll the way to the lawn!!! Yeah no thanks 🤣

lindar337 :

You stood in the line by choice.

Monica y Pepe 🐺 :

At Karol G this year I specifically skipped the merch line. It was like wrapped around the concourse. At Gillette stadium. Ain’t no way. People with merch were still walking up to their seats after she had started.

Am🍜 :

the only way the merch line is gonna take 5 minutes is if you're at the front of the line right when doors open and you bolt it right over
