how it works is the ipad shows ur meds until the person working goes on their computer and completes the transaction. i don’t think there’s a way to cancel it by yourself without the pharmacist/ person working back there

The atm analogy is a weird comparison. I have seen the same thing happen and it was the employee who told the customer to move, leaving his info still on the screen.
