Let me scream this at the top of my fucking lungs. Because we all know I'm only fucking heard and listened to when I'm yelling and that on its own hurts. But add in the fact that if I'm not vulnerable the way you say I should be I'm immediately considered mean or unfeeling or stoic or cold or angry. I'm not fucking stoic. I'm not cold, I've just been time and time and time again that I'm supposed to do this by myself when the whole fucking reason I'm like this is because someone told my dad the same fucking thing.
