Day 4 of cold turkey and it’s hard but I’m really trying! I try to keep thinking about the health risks associated with it (lung cancer, COPD, embolism, etc). I also remind myself of the way my lip/tongue tastes like acid & burns when some of the vape juice gets on it, and then I picture what it’s doing in my lungs 😭

This is so powerful bro. I’ve had a vape in my hand from 14-20 years old, but one of the things that finally made things click was learning the stress thing. Relying on it to help with my daily stress, but in reality it was creating its own cycle of stress from withdrawal. Just over a month sober now and feeling better than ever!

i vaped since i was 13 and i turned 19 and started learning piano, 23 days in i threw my vape in the bin and forgot about it, now its been 5 months and i honestly dont know why i was even addicted, it prob wont be the same for everyone but piano is very very addictive compared to vapes, so it helped me replace it, also those 5 months have felt like less than 1 month, no joke 🤣

It’s way harder than I expected, but I’m TRYINGGGG! I ended up buying a vape that contains no nicotine because my cravings are brutal and I actually feel like it’s helping a lot. I just wish I could throw it all away entirely

Ima be honest I raw dogged tf out of quitting nicotine and guess wa. I’ve made it 3 weeks. First week was the worst and maybe 2-3 days of the third week but after that you will be good. So far best decision I’ve made
