@shanax.08: Face reveal 👀 When I was in middle school, around 2019–2020, I started hurting my face by constantly picking at my pimples and trying to pop them, even when I didn’t actually have any. I started doing it in 7th grade, when I was around 11 or 12, and I only managed to stop this summer, in 2026. What really helped me was getting fake nails. They made it much harder for me to touch my face or pick at my pimples, which helped me break the habit. Then I went to Spain in 2026, and I feel like the sunlight and spending more time outside helped fade some of my dark spots and scars. After that, I started a skincare routine, and now, this is where I am today.
