Sis I used to have the same issue, your hair isn’t growing because there’s so much breakage and heat damage. You shouldn’t be blowing out wet hair it creates more breakage. Wait for your hair to be 80% dry before blowing out. Also try to go without heat more and do curly styles so your hair has time to grow and heal, lots of oils and masks!
