I hear shit, I see shit, I feel shit. But look, I KNOW those are hallucinations. Do they keep me awake sometimes? Yeah. But I don’t freak out, I don’t disassociate, and I don’t go into any kind of life threatening frenzy. Like I know what’s real and what isn’t. I’m so used to them that no one can even tell when it happens 💅🏼

I got meds for the voices. the pillows suck inpatient, but at least we get cooked breakfast at 6 am and coloring books.
