In 2024 we had life insurance, my savings was comfortable, I wasn’t thinking twice about paying my bills. 2026 we cancelled the life insurance policy, what savings? Today I told my son to put something back in Winn-Dixie because it was cheaper at Walmart.

Money is not lasting to next payday. I budget and plan meals. We lived comfortably, not many extras but we could eat out once a week. Now we don’t eat out and no matter how much I budget and cut, we just can’t get ahead. Our utilities and groceries are insane. Gas just hit $4.99 where I live.
