The most popular way for beginners is to "trick" their eyes into the right position. 1. Get Close: Put the image right up against your nose. Your vision should be completely blurry. 2. Stay Relaxed: Don't try to focus on the details. Imagine you are staring right through the image into the distance, like looking through a window. 3. Slowly Retreat: Very slowly move the image away from your face. 4. As you move back, your eyes will naturally want to "snap" into focus on the pattern. Resist this. Keep that "daydreaming" or "spaced out" look. 5. The Sweet Spot: Usually around 10–12 inches away, you’ll notice a weird "depth" starting to form.
