It’ll start with a generation of women who finally had access to a tool that changed the conversation around weight and metabolic health. And then it’ll show what happened next… For some women, the story looked like this: ⚖️ They stopped making the scale the ONLY measure of progress 💪 They prioritized strength and protecting their muscle 🥩 Protein and nutrition became non-negotiable 💧 They paid attention to hydration, fiber and how they were actually feeling 🌿 They used the time to build habits they wanted to keep 🧠 They learned more about their bodies instead of just eating less For others, the experience looked completely different: ➖ They struggled to eat enough ➖ Protein became an afterthought ➖ Strength training wasn’t part of the plan ➖ Side effects made consistency difficult ➖ Progress didn’t happen on the timeline they thought it would ➖ They reached their goal and thought… now what? Same “weekly poke.” Same desire to feel better. ⚠️ Completely different experiences. And I think the documentary’s biggest question will be: Why did people taking similar medications have such different journeys? And part of the answer will probably be pretty simple… The medication was only ONE part of the story. What happened alongside it mattered too. 🥩 How they fueled their body 💪 How they supported their muscle 💧 Hydration + fiber 😴 Sleep + recovery 🏋️‍♀️ Strength training 📝 Having an actual plan instead of just winging it And THAT is why I use the Olive Protocol. 🫒 I don’t want my entire plan to be take the weekly poke and hope for the best. I want to track my food, pay attention to how I’m feeling, notice patterns, prioritize protein and strength, and build habits that can exist beyond the medication. Because maybe the biggest lesson of the future documentary won’t be that the weekly poke worked or didn’t work. Maybe it’ll be that what you did alongside it mattered too. 👇 Comment PROTOCOL if you want to know more about the approach I’m following with Olive. Individual experiences vary. For educational purposes only; not medical advice. #olivepartner #healthyhabits #wellness #longevity #life
