I don't care if it's considered cultural, Africa MUST change. Africa is extremely harmful to the girls/women that are unlucky enough to be born on this continent. The fact that female genital mutilation is still being forced on young girls in THIRTY-THREE African countries is infuriating. I'm extremely saddened for the women/girls of Africa.

Just tell your parents that there are many interested parties, but due to the men you're meeting in university, they want a wife who is highly educated with a degree same as them. And tell them that they've mentioned the Lobola will be large and hefty. Then, when you graduate, tell them your gynae has told you you're unable to bear children and you're very heartbroken about this.
