Fear keeps its grip on you when you’re fighting it…stop resisting it and FEEL IT. When you’re gripping one specific outcome and telling yourself: “This HAS to work.” “This CAN’T happen.” “I NEED reality to go this way.” You give the outcome importance…and fear becomes the thing organizing your state. So instead of trying to “think positive” my way out of fear, I move through it. I let my body feel the thing I’ve been resisting. What if the worst-case scenario happened? Could I feel the fear? Could I feel the grief? Could I feel the uncertainty? Could I survive the reality my mind has decided would destroy me? And eventually, I arrive at: Even then, I would be okay….Not because I want that outcome…but because I no longer need to control reality in order to trust myself. And paradoxically, that’s where the grip releases. Importance drops. Resistance softens. The nervous system stops fighting an imaginary future. And I can return to the present moment and say: I know what I prefer. I’ll move toward it fully. But I release my demand that life unfold exactly the way I think it should. There is something incredibly powerful about wanting deeply without gripping. Taking aligned action without trying to control every variable. Holding the vision while remaining surrendered to a divine plan that may be greater than the one you can currently see. Sometimes moving through fear isn’t about convincing yourself the worst could never happen. It’s realizing that even if life took a turn you never expected…you would still be you. You would still be held…you would still find your way. And suddenly, fear has a lot less leverage over you. That is surrender. That is reducing importance. That is trust. #ReduceImportance #QuantumMechanics #Paradox #AllGoodAlways #SelfTrust
