@jackolopeandhuckleberry: If anyone knows how to keep these away please let me know. I do use diatomaceous earth always and often and it just does not seem to work for me. I went through this last year too, and the infestation hit right about the same time of year. the stuff I used to clean them isn’t cheap, but it is effective. I actually did enjoy taking care of the chickens who was a big mess, but it made me happy to make them feel better. ##chickens##bath##bugs##farmlife##fun
