if your friend is on estrogen, there’s something at estrogen naturally does where it gives you hormonal cycle during your period when trans women are on their period they’re USUALLY not talking about bleeding they’re talking about the hormonal cycle/gen

lots of trans women that take estrogen get period like symptoms because of the influx of hormones, like how cis women get their period due to producing both simultaneously. it can cause stomach ache, cramp like feelings, mood swings, ect. This creates a natural cycle-like basis for them.
