Me too, i feel like somthing that’s helped me is complimenting beauty women in public, every beautiful girl i compliment always has somthing to say back to me, although i don’t feel the same way they do about myself, they still made sure to compliment me too and it does make me happy, it has honestly helped my self esteem a bit id say.

i used to be super insecure after i got cheated on, and i remember the one thing that helped me gain confidence was learning new hobbies, bc it helped me realize that wow im kinda cool i can do cool things, my looks are the least interesting thing about me!! i hope one day you realize that you are beautiful just the way you are and realize that true beauty really does come from within

I always say this- if you see a positive trait or quality another person has that you can work to possess without changing yourself, you see something that you want and can work on. Hi Addy! I also do this but have recently decided to start working towards loving myself. I’ve started taking myself on little dates. I go to museums by myself, I shop by myself, I take myself out to eat. It has actually helped my confidence a lot! Not a first, but it’s helped!!!!
