I have a non verbal 15 year old and I did her room like a teenager. When she went to high school I started dressing her a little more teenager. I put jewelry on her and do her makeup a little. Blush eye shadow. She doesn’t care.

I mean vintage car things/posters perfectly fits a Cars themed roomed, and there are few things I can think of are more stereotypical guy thing than cars. And honestly thinking about it, a lot of Disney movies can be translated into mature type decor.

I feel like there’s way to still make something mature based on what he seems to like. There are adults obsessed w Disney and older men obsessed w vintage cars stuff. Some older lady probably has a house full of Mickey stuff somewhere. Age doesn’t matter ❤️You could do a vintage cars theme. Hobby lobby has checkered, license plates, flags, red lights etc or even some car wheels pillows. You’re doing a good job!
