Snacks trust me i tried asking for something to eat when I had my first kid they told me they couldn't give me anything also when bringing snacks make sure they are high in sugar they really help and its nice to have a sweet treat also dont chug water when in active labor you will throw up right after that baby comes out and they press on your tummy 😆❤️hope this helps

Snacks, 4 outfits for baby (ik excessive but helps if you need them doesn’t hurt if you don’t), 2 comfy outfits for you, toiletries, pajamas (I always wanna change out of hospital gown as soon as I can), charger, entertainment because baby sleeps a lot that first night. Eats, sleeps, and poops
