Event staff at arenas, you get to watch concerts and games for free. Where I worked you picked the events you wanted to work, and 95% of it was evenings and weekends so it was low pressure since you don’t have to commit to every single event

Hotels! I think Hilton has the best employee discount. Rooms start at $40-$70 general on employee discount. Find a hotel desperate for a certain shift covered and you can work minimum hours. We have some overnight front desk who work like 1-2 shifts a week.
