@tiktokyooszerr: It’s been SO SO SO hot. I can assure you that would drop a little bit if we had more electric cars out here and more people road bikes/ e bike/ walked. Not sure how much more I can take out here, lived my whole life out here in the LA area and I’ve never felt like I’m prepping to sit in a pre-heated oven. This is so miserable #heatwave #Summer #fall #losangeles #itshot
El Niños are extremely normal. This one is the hottest since 1877… explain how climate change affected that one?

I have lived here for almost 50 years through a few bad El Niño years. This is NOT normal. No evening cool-down, humidity are not normal. It is climate change. People need to wake up.

This happens every year. The actual fall weather isn’t until November and winter isn’t until late December to February

Super El Niño. By definition it’s not normal, but it’s a regular occurrence.

Y’all know electric vehicles are worse for the environment than either my 25 or 60 year old cars. Constant cobalt mining and precious metals being dug up by huge industrial machinery and slave child labor. I’ll keep it pushing in my gas guzzlers.

i'm sorry but the issue is much larger than some people using e bikes and public transportation now

The issue isn’t something people themselves can solve, stopping the rise of temperature would require work from the government and compliance from big companies and big oil but that would never happen sadly
