THE DOG IS ON A RETRACTABLE 25 ft LEASH! Not once was he dragged. Furthest back he got was less than 10ft. Half husky, one of his fav things to do. He was scared of my wheel knocking against my frame. That’s why he hung back—- but if you actually notice, I’m checking on him every couple seconds MAKING SURE he was with me and NOT DRAGGING.

Burned my hands going down a hill hitting 10 mph in my everyday chair rather recently. In my racing wheelchair though, I reach much faster speeds, thankfully I have special gloves that protect my hands for that though. 😂

We need a backyard engineer to come up with a wheelchair ebrake (preferably one that can be slowly applied to prevent the chair from flipping) so that you don’t have to go through so many gloves. The issue would be affordability and accessibility with maintenance.
