You can’t use a nail file on the baby until their nails get hard. Which can be a bout 2 weeks

As a mom of two and soon to be three you don’t need tons of things hospitals provide tons of stuff for baby diapers formula a manual breast pump if you wanna try pumping and a latch nurse to help you and wipes and pacifiers and nipples for bottles and for mom a bottle spray to clean private area pads but there huge so Bring your own diapers/pads they give you witch hazel spray etc!! (: All you need is at least four outfits for baby mittens especially because babies scratch there face and socks! And for mom nursing gown three outfits one for after giving birth to to get out of the gown if they let you and another to go home and extra just in case! Charger portable! And tooth brush they give you as well but you can bring your own and the provide soap too but bring your own if you want and a towel is best to bring and sandals!

If you haven’t had your baby yet I strongly recommend a couple of towels and washcloths. You and I packed almost the exact same and I was so thankful that I had everything but the smell and size of the hospital towels bothered me so much. Good luck 🤗
