tip: since they dont know how to swallow yet, feed him while hes laying againt stacked pillows (not completely flat) and like hold the spoon in his mouth for a while when feeding him a bite it helps them swallow and not js push it out with their tongue

Just keep trying! mine didnt really get into it until she was 6 months and now she cries when mealtime is done and we take her out of the high chair. girl loves to eat

Also remember food before 1 is just for fun, don't stress too much about him actually ingesting it, its just getting him used to the tastes and textures and it can take multiple tries of the same food for him to actually decide he likes it. You are doing great 🙂

i think mushy foods like that would be good for him to get used too because from the other foods he just vomited atleast he is eating without throwing up

He looks like how my cousin looks when she pretends to like something 😂😂 Also, she never went through the mashed stage. She just went straight to eating whole, sliced foods when the doctor gave the green light. Hi, squish!

We waited until 6 months when baby was in full teething mode. Also when he was interested in our food and reaching for it. The teething helped because he just wanted to chew on the spoon so he swallowed the food on it. We started with homemade puréed peas mixed with breastmilk
