I loved this kind of thing when traveling . Most people don’t, but the experience is amazing as an American. I ate at a local place in Cairo where we met some guys and they invited us and everyone gets a big metal bowl and. It kust gets filled with food. Bery cheap, loud and noisy. Wonderful experience. Almost 50 years ago but I won’t forget it.
