sometimes these type of pill packs have a double paper on the back. so if you try to peel just the white part then underneath there's the silver part of the packaging which I think you can just push through from the bubble in

Ok! I have a trick - take the corner of another one and run it along the circle back of the package- if one corner doesn’t work try flipping it around till it pokes through and then you can cut it open; I hope that makes sense

webster packer who has had to get these open, we use craft knives or scalpels to cut an X into them to get them out. Much sharper than the average kitchen knife and really shouldnt damage the tablet unless you decide to stab the sucker
