Hi thanks for the tips! would coconut oil be good to mix with a rosemary oil hair serum I already have to put on the scalp? Or should I just keep coconut oil for the lengths and ends? What do you think :)

ok, i've seen so many videos where tricologist, supposed "experts" make recommendations that make no sense, like using OGX Coconut oil with silicone as a pre-shampoo oil... they're using more silicone than oil, then using a harsh clarifying shampoo to remove it...

I've been oiling my hair before every wash over 10 years ago, the more you complicate it the less likely you'll stick with it. No expensive products needed, natural oils work so well.
