Having three keyboard players while using a stem with major elements like organs, strings pads, synths is kinda wrong. I think stems in general especially when there are only two keys players or more should have things that alerts the band on transitions, Interludes, intros, syncopations and outros like impossible arpeggios to play live consistently, click tracks, cues, continuous drone pads, hits, sweeps, vocal FX etc. If you're the only keyboard player on stage, you can use more auxiliary elements, that's what I think.

I think sometimes it’s production blueprint and they want to be accurate with the cues fixed in there and all… cus when you look at a band like the Outsiders, Burna boy’s band…they have about 8 to 9 instrumentalists on stage but still run on stems

3 keyboardists and still stems? Oooow we have taken this far. Even two keyboardists can handle everything lively and it will be fine. If it is only keyboardist then he is playing stems it is understandable but from two upwards then it is questionable.
