@call.fireservice: We often blame personnel of the Ghana National Fire Service for arriving late at fire incidents. But do we actually dial the right emergency number and do we call on time? In an emergency, every second matters. The Ghana National Fire Service advises people to call 192 or 112 immediately when a fire occurs and to provide their address or a clear landmark. So before we ask, “Why did they arrive late?”, perhaps we should also ask: 📞 Did we call the right number? ⏱️ Did we call immediately? 📍 Did we give the correct location? 🗣️ Did we provide clear information about the emergency?
