I work in private lending. There multiple millionaires and multi millionaires who have less than a 550 credit score. Theyre fine, I watch them take equity and make moves all the time. They just can’t use the bank traditionally but there’s always a way around.

one of my biggest regrets is not declaring bankruptcy for $10k in credit card debt. It took me 6 years to pay fully which means the bankruptcy would have just fell off my credit a year after that 😂
