there's no signs on any doors of Walmarts in my area that says you can't wear your motorcycle helmet inside. I hope his lawsuit got him paid

gas station attendant asked me to take my helmet off. I said I just need 5 on 10. she said can you take your helmet off first so I attempted to take it off but I couldnt cuz my gloves where in the way so then I had to take my gloves off and i held them under my arm. silly me dropped them so i picked them up and put them on the counter next to the $5 bill and I started messing with the buckles again by that time she was tired of waiting and a line was starting to form so she said its ok so I grabbed my gloves off the counter and walked off with my helmet on and 5 on 10. mind you I gave her a $5 bill. she could have said ok and I woulda been out of there as fast as I came in. but she wanted me to take my helmet off for some reason. never asked me again

store manager needs to be fired and Walmart sued for false statement. filing a false report. tresspass for no reason. and the store manager makes 120k a year plus a 200% base salary bonus off the store end of year profits. I've worked on both sides of this. why didn't the store asset protection investigator or Asset protection manager handle the situation instead of the manager grossly mishandled the situation

I hope that cop was at least reprimanded but hopefully let go. He wants to say the guy has an attitude or a problem but it’s him that does. I don’t think it’s illegal to wear a helmet in public. That’s just like asking someone to take off a MAGA or other opinionated hats.
