@dwnews: Brazil's presidential election is headed to a runoff. Neither Lula da Silva nor Flávio Bolsonaro won more than 50% of the vote. Bolsonaro, from the right-wing Liberal Party, is seeking to continue the political movement founded by his father, Jair Bolsonaro, who is serving a 27-year sentence under house arrest after his conviction over an attempted coup. Lula, founder of the center-left Workers' Party, is seeking a fourth non-consecutive term. The runoff is set for October 25.
Come on America we can beat anybody in votes. Let’s get out and vote and save us from this nightmare. We’re currently living in.
