Idk if you’re using cleanser or exfoliating but with both you have to be really gentle and do not use your nails. I usually only cleanse in the day. With exfoliating you can’t do it every day you have to exfoliate once in a while. I haven’t researched much but you should start researching and search up the products you use what they contain etc

Wash your pillow cases. Don’t sleep with your skin against your face (like a hand or arm touching your face). Use actual face wash not 2 in 1s.

Stop drinking milk, especially skim milk. Stop eating excess processed sugar. Use a foaming cleanser then panoxyl. Then a moisturizer. Boom.
