anything that states in melee range i believe is effected by destruction magic boost that and increase range restoration glitch it to boost it to all areas of a given map i did the same with a spell found in dragonborn dlc I believe and killed the frost troll on the throat of the world from leaving the city gates i was in and it only effected hostile enemies so gaurds and civilians were safe unless I hit them and then all the guards died
