I had that special effect on a few different weapons its extremely fun to use. with the ammo perk maxed out theres no need to worry about fusion cells or ammunition

The fusion cells aren't exactly a problem, even in vanilla you can get basically millions of them just fighting the institute with danse (just follow the history cuz is on the way to diamond city)
