Which English are we correcting here? 😄😄 I think she could’ve just said, “Can you correct the way you’re asking the question, or maybe give it more context?” Because when she says, “What contributes?”, it starts sounding like she’s questioning or challenging the question instead of actually answering it. She could’ve simply said, “We’re not rude as nurses, but sometimes we might come across as rude because of the nature of our job, the pressure, the environment we work in, or whatever the case may be.” Then explain from there. Simple. 😄 Sometimes you don’t need to fight the question, just answer it and give your side. Question still stands - why are nurses rude?
