I don’t really think this proved how free will is debunked because we are still doing our actions no matter what happens, trying to debunk something that’s from our understandings and perspective, like you are doing this called book trying to debunk free will, now I might be wrong but you still chose to do the actions upon yourself

If determinism is true then your brain state right now could be calculated to predict what you will say to me next. But if I calculate it, tell you the prediction, and you deliberately choose to say the exact opposite just to prove me wrong, you've successfully broken the causal prediction. Your very ability to react to information renders a rigidly pre determined future impossible.

If the argument is that we have no free will because we do not choose what we want then that concept of free will is paradoxical. If choice should come before the will or desire then what would be the determinant of that choice? What would we choose to want? What we want to choose, right? But how could we want that if we must choose what we want prior? Its stupid to say that we cannot choose what we want therefore we are not free.

god cab do all logical things and god can know all knowable things. or you could just say our free will determines his knowledge.

This just comes from a massive misunderstanding of free will. Free will does *not* consist in being independent of what Anscombe calls ‘nonrational processes’. Remember: what are we trying to explain when we talk about free will? We are trying to explain practical explanadum, and the only explanans that can serve for the latter is a *practical* explanans. Hence, free will consists in being able to *intentionally* act.
