I didn't want the color green. I wanted green lanterns doing Green Lantern shit. If this show was about Nightwing or The Question or something it would of worked much better. But having this be about a group of ppl with magical rings and ignoring the rings is stupid.

This was a good tv show. But I can definitely see why some hardcore Green Lantern fans are extremely disappointed. Also why is John letting Kerry walk away free? She gets to continue being free with 0 consequences? I really did not like that ngl

I've loved the whole show until now. I really thought hal wasn't dead or he was going to come back. I went through this whole show enjoying and now realising I was just coping. they didn't close the door on guy why do that for hal. there's so many great stories that involve hal and either their going to give that to John or skip it. john's lantern as well weird me out. that thing is corrupted by fear it's literally parralax hal jordan in a lantern combining yellow fear and green will. even when he charges his ring you see yellow particles going into that ring. also why make sinestro harness yellow fear but not forge his own ring and lantern. I don't even care about Jo suit or lack of green. I loved this show up until now and it's just because why go against lore and why close the door on hal

I’m glad it ended the way it did, if it went the typical cgi ending with the suit it would been so predictable. Loved the show, writing was great kept me surprised the whole series.

The writers of this show wanted John to be Batman so bad. What the hell kind of Oath is that? The ring chose you, you aren’t some lone wolf lmao you’re part of an intergalactic police force millions strong. That’s who you serve, not the damn lantern.

This show was absolutely great! I didn’t see any “holes”! Of course we have our opinions. But the character development across the board was sharp, from John’s family to the man hunters to Hal’s demise. There could’ve been a little more flare for a finale, especially with her getting away with killing Hal… but the show overall 9.5/10. If there’s a season 2, John is gonna be a beast!

It’s great TV with great characterization. I get that fans of green lanterns want to see more color/cgi, but it didn’t necessarily serve a purpose for this seasons story. They did set up the sinestro corp, parallax (rebirth), and a manhunter on the loose for the next season. Hal will more than likely return, maybe even as a villain for the JL

I agree, people want it to be so spot on with the comics or the animated adaptations, which could for sure be cool. However that doesn’t give the show its own individuality, I like that it focuses more on who’s actually wearing the ring. It was something we hadn’t seen before and it delivered the message well.
