Heat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment. 2. Mix the crust ingredients until combined. Press into the pan and bake for 15 minutes. 3. Toss the apples with brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Spread over the warm crust. 4. Combine the topping’s flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
