Это капец как сложно повторить, зайцы прыгают не помню, около 200 бёрпи или что-то такое. Черепахи вообще почти весь танец свой вес на руках тащат, это надо быть просто в шикарной форме такой танец повторить и не запыхаться!

THE BATTLE GETS HARDEST RIGHT BEFORE IT ENDS. An athlete can lead a marathon for three straight hours — every mile, every checkpoint, out in front — and still lose it in the final thirty seconds. Not because they got weaker as athletes. Because by the end, the body is worn down to almost nothing, running on what's left after everything else has already been spent. Academics work the same way. The final year of a degree is always the hardest — not by accident, but by design. Early years teach you pieces in isolation; the final year forces you to combine everything into one piece of original work — a thesis, a capstone, a dissertation — and that demands judgment, not just memory. You're also not starting that year fresh. You're carrying the exhaustion of every year before it, running on a tank that's already low. The stakes rise too — a failed assignment in year one is a correction, but a failed final project can mean the whole degree doesn't happen. And the closer you get to the finish line, the more that visibility itself creates pressure, tightening people up right when they need to stay loose. Add in deadlines that no longer bend — graduation, job offers, real life waiting on the other side — and you get a year engineered to test you hardest exactly when you have the least left to give. So if it feels harder right now than it did when you started, that's not a sign you're losing. That's usually the sign you're close. The last stretch is always the most expensive — it costs the most energy, right when you have the least of it left to give. Muhammad Ali understood this better than most:

The last stretch is always the most expensive — it costs the most energy, right when you have the least of it left to give. Muhammad Ali understood this better than most: "I hated every minute of training, but I said, don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion." The hardest thirty seconds are often the only thing standing between you and the finish. So don't let the final stretch convince you to stop. It's not supposed to feel easy there. It's supposed to feel like this — right before it's over. #jaycee #motivationalspeaker #foryou #workhard #kigalitiktok🇷🇼🇷🇼
