Heretic! lol I can’t stand the idea of ruining a good steak with a sauce. Salt and pepper is all you need. I’d even accept some garlic. Nothing else. My opinion only.

whoever uses a sauce on a steak for me is cheating. Your steak then doesn't taste good enough so you need to add that. And chimichurri sux btw. Maybe on a hamburger or a choripan but not on a steak or ribs
