@blackskullsreaper: Garlic Herb Roast Pork in an Air Fryer Pork roast (shoulder or loin) that weighs 3 to 4 pounds 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil 6–8 cloves of garlic, cut in half 2 to 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary 1 teaspoon of dried thyme 1 teaspoon of paprika (optional) Salt and pepper Parchment paper Directions 1. Get the Pork ready Dry off the roast. If you're using it, rub it with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and paprika. Push the garlic halves into the roast's top and sides. Put parchment paper on the bottom of the air fryer basket so the juices don't burn. 2. Use the Air Fryer to cook Put the roast in the basket. If your air fryer doesn't heat evenly, flip the food halfway through cooking at 360°F (182°C) for 50–60 minutes. Turn the heat down to 320°F (160°C) and cook for 20 to 30 more minutes, or until it is done to your liking (about 145 to 150°F for juicy slices). For a crust that is even crispier, turn the oven up to 400°F (205°C) for the last five minutes. 3. Let it sit and serve Put the roast on a board and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes so the juices can settle. Cut it into thick or thin pieces, depending on how you like it. Serve with the drippings or a simple gravy.
