The write up is wrong, they are telling the public that the younger nurses don't know anything or are nonchalant, because of this kind of thing some patient don't allow the younger nurses to attend to them because they see us less and the prefer the elderly nurse which in some hospital are auxiliary. Nurse have ethics that govern us.... The punishment is too much because nursing schools are money consuming, and it doesn't deserve spending twice
