I think people are missing the point of Lanterns. Despite its title, the show is ultimately about John Stewart: who he is, what shaped him, and his journey to becoming Green Lantern. His character development is incredible, and once you see the series as laying the groundwork for his role in Man of Tomorrow, you appreciate just how strong the writing is. I understand why people are upset that Hal Jordan isn’t coming back to life, but this story is about passing the torch. John is the Green Lantern whose story the DCU is moving forward with. The whole point is that someone new is taking on the mantle and he’s going to do things differently.

tornado at a 8 but a kettle bell at 3 he didn't even use the ring in logic way he literally picked it up instead of just floating it also it's a stupid scene either John's a dumdass or the writers are because hal only had one foot on the trap and he puts a kettle bell that weights 100% of hal
