My game theory is that, when you cross one intersection, it signals the next one to turn red since they how long it should take for you to get to the next signal at the speed limit. Irvine is the only place where I’ve consistently hit the same lights right as I’m approaching and it’s like impossible to go through more than 2 green lights in a row
