These baked oats are soft, easy to hold, and make the perfect breakfast for little ones! They're also great for making ahead and reheating throughout the week Ingredients: * 1 cup rolled oats * 1 cup whole milk * 1 banana * 1 cup blueberries * 1 egg Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x9 baking dish. 2. Mash the banana and blueberries until mostly smooth. Stir in the milk, egg. 3. Fold in the oats, and any desired spices or toppings. Mix until the oats are evenly coated and wet. 4. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish. 5. Bake for 40-50 minutes, until the center is fully cooked. 6. Let cool before slicing into baby-friendly pieces. Serve warm or reheat individual pieces as needed! Tip: These can be portioned and frozen for easy breakfasts!
