i think this points back to the fatui bring completely rewritten and thus the traveler along like yeah the animations/cutscenes rn are good but i feel like that went on the cost of the plotline i rather have the "omg i cant believe my eyes" voice actor with a decent story then everyone being a hypocrite but having better models

I hated the fact that the traveler is buddy buddy with childe, a HARBINGER but when lyney and Lynette revealed themselves as a fatui, they hated them, HOTH known for housing *orphan* children! as I was writing this, I noticed you also mentioned this so uh, I agree!

I don’t think fatui were the one that corrupted dvalin, it was the abyss order, the sumeru god was a thing that only dottore and scara had a hand in. I do agree that the writing sucks cuz in game columbina and Arle seem like likeable characters but if your dig deeper then you can find the horrible things they did

Traveller is a textbook mary/Gary stu and i will not be convinced others, wdym every single playable character likes them or just is chill with them, and as soon as someone opposes them- they either get killed off (dottore for example- im not a defender btw), they become friends (sandrone) or punished (danica). Also, im surprised NOBODY outside of snezhnaya are even bothered by the fact the 'hero' of teyvat is allied with the organisation that has hurt millions of people.

Tbh the traveller was such a breath of fresh air after that waifu collector Rover from wuwa. Nobody criticizes that mc though because the wuwa fandom doesn’t think. I feel like we shouldn’t be criticizing Genshin that much because it’s really good besides some minor problems.
