That’s because there is an agenda that is not being followed. Also, with the better players coming in drawing more, making it look like the WNBA teams could actually make more of their own money? That’s not going to happen. WNBA management wants to make sure that they continue to get NBA money, as if it’s welfare. If they become more profitable by having popular players and having attendance go up to games, they will have to be more responsible in the NBA might cut their funding because they’ve shown that they could start to make their own money. And of course the WNBA does not want that. They want to remain on the welfare system.
