Nope, that was a classic South Park misdirect. The ice cream shop owner Tom Johansen isn't the killer — he was wrongfully arrested because Cartman's "psychic vision" was just him thinking about snacks. The real killer is a super obvious creepy guy named Michael Deets who shows up to every crime scene in a blood-spattered raincoat, and the police just completely ignore him until the very end. This is from the episode "Cartman's Incredible Gift," where Cartman fakes being a psychic after a head injury and sends the cops after random innocent people based on his food cravings. 😂
